Nature Bowl
This was the first bowl we made in Ceramics two. We went out to the woods behind the school and looked for inspiration. I made this bowl the the wheel. On the sides there are leaves to represent nature, and the heart has song lyrics on it. I did not like the glaze I chose, but it was green to represent leaves in a summer day.

Lidded Pot:
This pot is the second thing we made this year in ceramics. We had to use a tool to fit a top on the pot. I didn't like the color I chose because it's very plain and boring. Although I was extremely happy when I successfully made this. I made the Lidded Pot on the wheel.

Random Sculpture:
This was something very unique. We had to throw together a bunch of randomness and make something. It started to turn out like a turtle, so that's what I made it into. I made everything on the table, while messing around. Then I painted it with bright colors and it turned out... even more unusual.

Stacked Pot:
My favorite thing about this... thing... is the glaze I chose. It was supposed to be like ying-and-yang. It has spots of white where black is, and spots of black where white is. This is a pot that we had to take three separate bowls or cups and stack them on top of each other.

Manipulated Bowl
I really enjoyed the gorgeous glazed blue on this bowl. I made it on the wheel which after I brought it out I had to change its form by altering it slightly. I added a lot of pushing out and pushing in parts. I also love of how big it is. It was something very unique, but I don't know what I'd eat out of it...

Chopstick Pot:
I really love the glaze I chose in this pot. Black for the lid and white for the pot. It is tiny and cute, which I made it on the wheel then I cut a heart out of the top. This pot would be something good for holding candy. There are also lyrics of a country song around the outside of the pot.

Doughnut:
We had to make a doughnut on the wheel, by pulling it out then opening it, and lastly closing it (so it's hallow). I made this into a horse, but sadly, it broke while I was glazing it so I couldn't finish. This project took me the full two weeks to do.

Set of Four:
Although this set does not match each other they all have a color in common. Blue glaze and tan glazed are in every single part. I think they turned out okay, but it could have been much better. The mug doesn't seem to be glazed, but it is!
